Andy Garcia was in All-District Basketball in his Sophomore, Junior & Senior year and All-State Basketball in his Junior and Senior year.

In 2008, Garcia was nominated for the McDonald's All American Basketball Team.

At the age of 12 and 19 he was featured in the Better Basketball Training videos. And also featured in SLAM Magazine with Better Basketball as the 'GodFather'.
